Email the review desk
Anything on this site that looks wrong can be sent to [email protected]: a bonus ceiling that has been cut, a payout window that has stretched, a licence that has moved to another company. Mail lands with the editor and gets an answer in English inside one working day.
What to include in your message
Tell us which brand you dealt with, when it happened, and quote the term you are querying word for word. An image of the cashier page or the bonus rules usually settles the question straight away, and saves a round of emails asking you for it.
What sits outside our remit
We review casinos; we do not police them. Locked balances, refused verification documents and closed accounts are matters for the operator and its regulator, and nothing on this page is legal advice about your own play. When the licensing body concerned runs a complaints form, we will send you the link.
Working with operators
Affiliate and PR teams may flag a factual mistake, and a correction goes up once we have confirmed it from a live account of our own. Requests to soften a drawback, move a position or delay a critical card are turned down, and persistent ones tend to end up quoted in the review.
